In 2007/2008 he again successfully completed,

with Dr. Richard Bandler, (co-founder of NLP), Paul McKenna, John La Valle and Michael Neill.
His latest investment was to attend Dr. Richard Bandler’s Personal Enhancement Course in London, only fifteen delegates, over three days.
Five years prior to this, Scott sold and delivered training courses on behalf of Dale Carnegie Training, a large American training company.
He achieved the status of Number One salesperson and Trainer in the UK, on their behalf.
He also was the only accredited Trainer/Trainer in the UK on behalf of Dale Carnegie Training.
Three years prior to this he was Managing Director of one of the Dowty Group of companies in Australia, where he was responsible for achieving an increase in their ROCE from 7% to 35% in two years through changing the ATTITUDES of 110 employees!
Three years prior to Dowty he established Mining Machinery Development (MMD Aust) in Australia for and on behalf of their UK parent company.
He achieved Managing Director level with them before being head hunted by Dowty Australia.
His previous management career was with British Coal where he progressed through management ranks rapidly to achieve Senior Engineering Manager position.
Personal Background
Scott is 61 years old and has been married for 42 years, has three married children and four grandchildren.
He enjoys playing golf, reading personal development books, music, all aspects of personal development and is passionate about helping people achieve their true potential!
