“I was first introduced to Scott at a Firth Rixson group event in California.  Scott was introducing NLP to the people in the States for the first time.  The theme was enhancing communications which we’ve all taken 1,000 classes in.  The manner in which Scott delivered his message was most captivating to me.  Not only was Scott able to completely engage everyone in the room but he was able to hold their attention much like a group of children being read a classic tale.

Hi Scott.

I am writing to tell you of the unbelievable success the team and I have experienced since attending your tailored, in-house designed, NLP Leadership and Advanced Presentations Course.

Let me start with the team, I am ecstatic to report that the team has delivered back to back record months with the highlight in September achieving 23% ahead of budget! (October is looking like another record).

This result is so significant because at the end of July the team were behind budget by 10%, we are now ahead of our YTD position, this was unthinkable only 8 weeks ago.

I assure you market conditions have not got any easier!!

This fantastic turn around I put down to a few things, belief that it is an achievable goal, this belief has been driven through the entire division, the team has bought in to the success that we know we will achieve, a state of mind which was previously missing.

In addition understanding our client and prospects language preference has meant that our conversion rate has improved by 15%.

This is really impressive because our previous belief was that this could not improve due to our intelligence which told us we were already out performing the competition by 20%.

An additional benefit is the great sense of team and support that has come about from the learning experience that we have all undergone. The upshot of the above is I now look forward to a record year within my division, when only 3 months ago I was looking at a below budget performance.

On a personal note I am glad to let you know that I have just given my first presentation since our time together. After a couple of bad experiences this had been identified as a definite black spot for me and an area which I knew I had to invest time in to correct.

I have just delivered back to back presentations over 2 days to an audience of +150. I am absolutely thrilled to let you know that I nailed both!!

The techniques that you taught really stood me in good stead, in particular remembering a good positive experience and the use of the 3 languages.
