Terms relating to payments and cancellations

PAYMENTS
To secure your place on one of our courses, we require full payment in advance.  You can pay by cheque or online with a debit/credit card

COURSE INFORMATION
You will be sent joining instructions prior to the course start, which will contain details of the location, start times and other information you may need.  If you need more information, please contact us.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERRING COURSES
If a participant wishes to transfer to another course and this request is received within 30 days of the original start date of the course date, there will be an administration charge of £25, to cover our costs. If a participant fails to attend any course, then the paid course fees are forfeited, or at our descretion, we may offer a place on an alternate course at a later date.

If a course is cancelled by the delegate less than three weeks after booking, there will be no charge, if it is cancelled more than three weeks after booking, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost.

Scott White Training Ltd reserves the right to change the course content, date, or location, without liability.

VALUE FOR MONEY
The fees for our courses include the tuition, afternoon meal and regular tea breaks for our day long courses, and include tea breaks and tuition for short courses.  We also offer free parking at the venue.

OWNERSHIP AND QUALITY OF INFORMATION
Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights existing in any documentation, data, know-how, methods and concepts, used or developed by us in providing the services, shall, as between you and us, belong to and remain vested in us.

All conditions or warranties (whether expressed or implied by statute or common law or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage or otherwise) as to the quality of the session materials we supply or their fitness for a particular purpose (even if that purpose is made known expressly or by implication to us) are expressly excluded.

DATA
When you place and order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy.   We will ask you for written confirmation at the conclusion of the course, if you wish us to keep in touch about future courses.  We also ask for a testimonial about your experiences of the course and permission to use this information on our website.  This information will include, your name, company name, job title and course comments.  We do not insist on you providing your full name for the testimonial.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
We will use all possible care and skills in providing the services you order from us under this agreement, but we cannot guarantee any results of the services. Any decision you make having attended our training are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.  We have had many hundreds of satisfied clients over the past 15 years, and will support you as much as possible to ensure the course works for you.
